1. How do I place an order? Step 1: Download the appropriate form for placing your order. Eg. If you're ordering from a Taiwan spreesite, download the Taiwan Form. Step 2: There are 3 main parts to fill up in the form. - Part 1: Your particulars - Part 2: Details of your order items - Part 3: Your payment details Ensure that every part is filled before sending us the form. Payment has to be made first. Order forms without payment details would not be entertained. Step 3: Email the form to us and ensure that you receive a confirmation from us within 4 days. 2. How do I calculate the payment amount, shipping fee and postage? For sprees, there are a total of 2 payments, 1st payment and 2nd payment. 1st payment [to be made when placing order]: Payment for the cost of the item + handling fee - For Taiwan Sprees, cost of item = Price in NT*0.05 - For Korea/US Sprees, cost of item = Price in USD*1.5 - Handling fee is $1 per item, for members this fee is waived. 2nd payment [to be made when items arrive]: Shipping fee + Postage - For Taiwan Sprees, shipping fee is $3 per unit item. Heavier items [eg.shoes, bags, thick clothings, dresses] will be higher, lighter item [eg. accessories, light tank tops] will be lesser. - For Korea/US Sprees, shipping fee is $4-$4.50 per unit item. Heavier items will be higher, lighter item will be lesser. - Normal Postage is $1 per unit item. Maximum postage is $3.35 per package, up to a maximum weight of 2kg. Items weighing 2kg and above would be separated into 2 of more packages for mailing. Registered Postage is an additional $2.24. 3. What are the payment modes? 1. ATM Transfer [only direct transfer from DBS/POSB or UOB is allowed, no 3rd-party bank transfers] 2. What is the waiting time for sprees? Waiting time is variable, between 4-8 weeks after closing. Rarely, the waiting time may be above 8 weeks. Taiwan Sprees - 4-8weeks after closing Korea Sprees - 1 week after closing US Sprees - 4 weeks after closing You are able to track the progree of sprees under "Track Past Sprees". 5. How will my order be delivered to me? There are a few ways you can choose for delivery or collection. Delivery [Outsourced to Singpost] - Normal Postage Normal mailing to your letterbox. No tracking numbers. - Registered Postage Registered with a unique tracking number, which you may track on . Delivery is assured and package is delivered to your doorstep. - AM Mail Letterbox Normal mailing to your letterbox before 11am the day after posting. No tracking numbers. - AM Mail Doorstep Delivery by postman to your doorstep before 11am the day after posting. If no one is at home, package will be left at your doorstep. No tracking numbers. - Speedpost Islandwide Delivery on the day itself or the next working day. Comes with tracking number. - Sorry no meetups or self-collection 6. How often do you post items? Due to my work schedule, I can only do mailing once a week, every Wednesday or Thursday. Notification emails would be sent to inform spree-ers after packages are mailed out. 7. How can I become a member, and what are the priviledges? Upon arrival of your 40th completed order, you'd be awarded with the MRD Spree Membership. Out of stock orders are not counted towards membership. The priviledges include: Waiver of handling fee for your subsequent new order onwards, 5% discount for MRD instock items, free normal postage for MRD instock items, birthday discounts, dinner gathering on birthday month. MRD Spree Membership is a lifetime membership. 8. If I receive an item which I do not like, can I request for a refund/exchange? Refund/Exchange is strictly not allowed for colors, sizing or material issues. For every item, the sizing, description and photos are presented for your reference and consideration. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read through the sizing, description and referred to the photos before placing an order. 9. If I receive a defected item, can I request for a refund/exchange? In the event that you receive a defected item, please inform us immediately with clear snapshots of the item and the defected area. We will provide you with an address to mail the item back to us. Please mail the defected item back to us within 7 working days, use registered postage and we will reimburse the postage to you upon receipt of the defected item. We will first request for a replacement of the item, if a replacement is not possible, we will request for a refund for you. Please allow a few working days for us to confirm the request. As MRD is not the direct seller for spree items, we cannot be directly and fully responsible for any defected items. 10. I have just received a notification that I have a spree item that arrived, can I wait for all my items to arrive before making the 2nd payment? MRD only hold items for 5 days after the arrival of any sprees. Inside the notification that you receive, a payment deadline is stated, it also represents the deadline which we will hold the items for you for free. Late payment - if late payment is made, a late fee of $0.50 per item per day will be charged, on top of the shipping+postage. Holding fee - if you decide to wait for your other items to arrive, a holding fee of $0.50 per item per day will charged from the 6th day onwards, til the day your next item arrives. 10. If the actual postage is higher than what I paid do I need to topup? If the actual postage is lower than what I paid, would you refund me? We collect postage on a fixed format [as indicated under Question 2]. In the event that the actual postage differs from the amount you paid, no topups would be required if the actual postage is higher and similarly no refunds would be made if the actual postage is lower.
